I can't speak on Wii VPN because I've never used it. Their speeds are on par again in my opinion with for sure tor guard at least it is from my location and to the servers I connect to. they offer more ways for you to pay for their service then practically at least in my opinion any other provider out there at least that I've come across.
The purpose of the whole login code is for anonymity during purchase. No streaming compatibility? Have you actually used mulvad or you just saying a bunch of random stuff? I've been using them for almost two years now and I've literally paid on a monthly basis the entire time and my price has never gone up and they've done nothing but add more features since getting my sub. It does have split tunneling and you are in no way locked to any kind of long term pricing like you mentioned.
